WWE Raw Summary and Highlights
Seth Rollins & Company
The Trifecta of Terror stepped into the ring as we got a recap of the run-in with LA Knight on last week’s Raw and SmackDown. Paul Heyman handed the mic to Rollins, who stated that Columbus was sending him mixed signals before asking what the crowd wanted.
Rollins blasted the crowd, claiming they didn’t know what they wanted, which is why he didn’t care about their desires. Rollins stated that the crowd needed men like him to tell them what they needed, and everything they wanted was because of him. He claimed that Roman Reigns existed because of him, and CM Punk came back because WWE wanted to cash in on how much he hated him.
The Visionary then declared that there was no second coming of Cody Rhodes, unless he was there to put him back. He then named the NXT title and the World title, saying that he built both in his image. Rollins proclaimed himself the creator of both the past and present, as well as the future of WWE.
Rollins stated that between him and Heyman, the two knew a little about revolution, and they expected opposition. They planned to deal with it diplomatically until it pushed their hand, which is exactly what happened to LA Knight.
Rollins then mentioned that Bron Breakker had the opportunity to take down another person who had been a thorn in their side, Penta, just as Bronson Reed did to LA Knight. Seth added that the superstars in the division were fighting for second place, pointing to the MITB briefcase. He stated that it was the end game, because it had and always would be Seth “FREAKIN” Rollins.
Grade: B
Key Takeaways:
- Another great promo by Rollins, showcasing his ability on the mic.
- No LA Knight appearance as expected by many.
Bron Breakker vs Penta
In the first match of the show, Bron Breakker took on Penta. The match was made official following their run-in on last week’s show during the final opening match of the King of the Ring tournament. Penta, while showcasing his agility and speed, was unable to defeat Breakker, who intercepted a springboard mid-air to deliver a vicious spear, taking the win.
After the match, Rollins and Bronson Reed joined him and Paul Heyman, before Rollins went up to Penta, warning him to stay out of their way.
Winner: Bron Breakker
Grade: B
Key Takeaways:
- Penta and Breakker have good chemistry and constantly deliver amazing matches inside the squared ring.
- Bron Breakker continues to shine, while Penta needs a good and engaging storyline, rather than just one-off matches.

Gunther then replied to the interview, saying that he saw a 58-year-old “one-trick pony” who didn’t even deserve to lace his boots.
